Learn more about us by visiting our webpage. Position overview: As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met. This is a permanent, full-time role and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 pm local time. We are open to accepting applications from candidates for permanent part-time positions as well. This role is based onsite at our Vanier HearCANADA clinic. What we offer you: $70,000 - $100,000 annual base earnings (full-time hours) based on experience + an attractive bonus program Employer-funded health, dental, and vision benefits (starting on day one) with additional healthcare spending account for employees working over 20 hours per week RRSP program + employer matching Generous time off policies including attractive paid vacation programs, 7 paid personal days per year, + 1 paid volunteer day per year Education assistance program, LinkedIn learning access, + mentorship + professional development opportunities Retention and sign on bonus for specific locations What you will do: Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls What we are looking for: A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to clients to ensure product adoption Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required To join us on our journey in providing Wonderful Sound for All, click the "Apply Now" button!
