IN-STORE MENTORSHIP & HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

· Gain practical experience working alongside experienced Audiologists
· Develop expertise in hearing screenings, customer consultations, and hearing aid maintenance.
· Learn how to confidently discuss hearing health, ear care products, and treatment pathways with customers.

SPECIALIST SKILLS & ADVANCED HEARING SERVICES

· Progress into specialist training, including wax removal (Micro Suction), providing an essential service to customers.
· Learn about advanced hearing technology and develop the ability to recommend tailored solutions for a variety of hearing needs.

As a Hearing Wellness Advisor in our state-of-the-art World of Hearing store, you’ll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge hearing technology, perform hearing screenings, assist with hearing aid maintenance, and receive comprehensive, fully funded training at the Boots Hearingcare Academy, making this an ideal stepping stone into a clinical audiology career with opportunities for progression into advanced hearing care roles.
