Top Hat Home Comfort Services, one of Ottawa’s largest home service companies is currently looking for an experienced Sales Representative selling residential Hearth and HVAC products.
Job Description
As a Sales Representative for Top Hat’s retail sales department you will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining a high quality customer experience for our clientele.
-Meeting with customers in our showrooms, at retail trade events and in home to discuss options and gather information needed to prepare accurate sales estimates.
-Learning about Top Hat’s product and service rates and features and using that knowledge to identify opportunities to deepen the client’s relationship with Top Hat and to positively promote Top Hat’s products and services.
-Conducting follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
-Perform additional duties as required.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including proficiency in Outlook
• Previous sales experience
