Scotia HVAC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Heat Pump Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in quality work, and can identify opportunities to add value for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in HVAC, mechanical, or technical cleaning roles considered an asset (training provided).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales background or ability to recognize opportunities and make recommendations to customers is an asset.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Perform professional cleaning and maintenance of heat pump systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide excellent customer service while on-site, ensuring clients understand the benefits of proper maintenance.
• Assess heat pump performance and communicate any recommendations for service, upgrades, or additional solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a high standard of service.
