Job Description: As a Heat Pump Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heat pump systems in residential and commercial settings. Your duties will include:

  • Installing heat pump systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Performing routine maintenance and inspections on heat pump units.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with heat pump systems.
  • Repairing or replacing defective components.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in HVAC or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in heat pump installation and service.
  • Strong knowledge of heat pump systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
