REQUIREMENTS:

• Plumbing or HVAC qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in heat pump or HVAC servicing.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer interaction abilities.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Heat Pump Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a field-based role servicing and maintaining air-to-water and exhaust air heat pumps as well as mechanical ventilation systems & plumbing maintenance jobs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of heat pumps, plumbing systems and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs.
• Clean and inspect filters, coils, strainers, pipework, and insulation.
• Test refrigerant levels, system pressures, and electrical components.
• Ensure systems operate according to safety and performance standards.
• Log service information using provided tablet or laptop.
• Deliver professional customer service on-site.
