Description

We are looking for an experienced Heat Treatment Skilled Worker to operate furnaces and carry out heat treatment processes as per technical specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate heat treatment furnaces (annealing, normalizing, tempering, quenching, etc.) Monitor temperature, time cycles, and process parameters Load and unload materials safely Maintain proper furnace records and documentation Follow heat treatment process instructions as per drawings/specifications Ensure safety compliance inside heat treatment shop Coordinate with production and quality teams Perform routine equipment checks Department: Production Division: Heat Treatment Category: Common Skilled Worker ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Heat Treatment Process Training (Mandatory) Minimum 5 years of experience in heat treatment shop Hands-on experience in furnace operation Knowledge of annealing, tempering, quenching & normalizing processes Understanding of metallurgical basics Ability to read and follow process sheets Knowledge of heat treatment safety standards Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)

Responsibilities

The Skilled Worker will operate various heat treatment furnaces, including those for annealing, normalizing, tempering, and quenching, while closely monitoring temperature and process parameters to meet technical specifications. Key duties also involve safely loading and unloading materials, maintaining accurate furnace records, and ensuring strict adherence to all heat treatment safety standards within the shop.
