JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in a supported living and home care setting. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of those in your care.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • valid Driving License
  • Familiarity with creating and following care plans is advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills for documentation purposes are desirable.
  • Proficient communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with residents and team members.
