Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Company Overview: ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers is a well-established and fast-growing urgent care company in Maryland, committed to providing high-quality health care to our community.  We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our team!  An ideal applicant is a professional, self-motivated, and organized individual who oversees full cycle recruitment while identifying the best qualified candidates to join our establishment. Job Responsibilities: * Develops clear, compelling job descriptions and manages job postings on various platforms * Collaborates with leadership to understand departmental needs and job requirements * Proactively searches for potential candidates using platforms like Appcast, Indeed and other job boards * Screens applicants, conducts all interviews, and assists qualified candidates with the onboarding process * Completes drug screens, background checks and professional reference checks * Serves as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the duration of the hiring process * Tracks recruitment metrics and provides accurate data for KPI metrics * Represents the company at community Job Fairs * Performs general office tasks such as filing, scanning, answering telephone calls  * Maintains strict confidentiality and ensures compliance with all company policies and HR procedures Minimum Requirements: * Education: 1. High School Diploma 2. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred * Work Experience: 1. At least one (1) year of recruitment experience * Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities 1. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media for recruiting 2. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize 3.
