JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Buyer with Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including buying , installation, and maintenance. This role involves working on various air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

SKILLS

• Proficient in HVAC design principles and practices.
• Experience as a service technician with a focus on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC installations.
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of welding techniques applicable to HVAC installations.
• Experience in property maintenance, ensuring all aspects of HVAC systems are functioning properly.
• Competency in using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting.

• Design and implement HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics and diagnostic tools to identify problems effectively.
• Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into new builds or renovations.
• Perform field service tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC/R equipment.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
