Description Responsibilities: Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents Must possess a positive attitude and a desire to lead by example Be able to work both independently and as a member of a team Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively Identify and report to management any issues involving the employees, property, or residents Responsible for the maintenance and repair of various heating and domestic hot water systems across multiple properties Service, inspect, and maintain multifamily stand-alone boilers and tankless hot water systems Disassemble and clean burners to ensure efficient and safe operation Check, clean, and replace flame sensors and igniters as needed Monitor, test, and adjust temperatures and control settings to maintain optimal system performance Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues, ensuring timely and accurate repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance to extend system life and prevent downtime Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings or recommendations to management Ensure compliance with all safety codes, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines Travel between assigned properties as required to complete service requests and inspections Perform after-hours on-call services for designated heating emergencies when needed Work overtime when required Lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing ladders to various heights is required May be asked to assist Supervisor/Manager/Area Director with other tasks and duties related to community operations Benefits: Competitive wages within the industry. Responsibilities
