About the role
Due to unprecedented growth in our Fleet management business, we are seeking an experienced Heavy & Light Vehicle Technician to join our small team in Cobram. You will be required to undertake the service and maintenance requirements of all on-site customer vehicles. Fleet Management provide a personalised service to meet our customers fleet maintenance requirements, working together with our customer as a team day to day.

Key Responsibilities

  • All service and maintenance requirements on their prime mover fleet and trailing fleet
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with management, customers and drivers
  • Document all repairs including parts usage
  • Par-take in the on call roster with regular overtime
  • Strong Work and Health Safety commitment

Demonstrated Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Cert 3 Mechanical trade certificate/qualification with experience in Heavy Vehicle industry
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Good diagnostic ability with welding and fabrication experience beneficial
  • Current HC drivers licence desirable
  • Attention to detail and customer focus
  • Own tools
