Key Responsibilities: * Safely transport customers to and from designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. * Operate the bus efficiently by conducting safe starting, stopping, braking, and driving practices. * Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, battery, tires, and other essential systems to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy. * Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle at all times. * Treat customers with professionalism, courtesy, and respect, delivering a positive travel experience. * Ensure trips are completed safely and within the required schedules. * Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or maintenance requirements promptly. * Support transport operations and assist with transport-related activities as directed by the Operations Supervisor or General Manager. * Carry out any other duties assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. Role Purpose: To provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, vehicle care, and operational compliance. What We're Looking For: * Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Heavy Bus Driver or in a similar driving role. * License: Valid Heavy Bus Driving License (mandatory). * Education: High School Certificate or equivalent. * Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage. * Skills: Basic computer literacy and good communication skills. * Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, customer focus, and commitment to safety.
