Job Title Heavy Diesel Fitters Job Roster 15/13 days and nights roster Based at our Laverton and Leonora operations Competitive salary and bonus structure Job Summary Provide support across preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and unplanned repairs on our Heavy mobile Hitachi, Komatsu, and Caterpillar mining fleets across our Laverton and Leonora operations Job Statement About the Role Due to continued business growth we are seeking experienced and motivated Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our progressive mobile maintenance teams across our operations in Leonora and Laverton, where the ‘way we work’ is just as important as your trades expertise. You will support preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and unplanned repairs on our Heavy mobile Hitachi, Komatsu, and Caterpillar mining fleet, playing a critical role in driving fleet reliability, safety, and efficiency. A 15 days and nights, 13 off FIFO roster from Perth to Leonora is on offer. Key responsibilities also include: Ensure that works are performed safely, efficiently and in line with WHS legislation Ensure that equipment is maintained to company standards and as per OEM specifications Report to the Leading Hand Heavy Diesel Fitter on day-to-day activities, breakdowns and labour requirements Promote and maintain a positive safety culture within the team About You Collaboration is key! You will be team focused and have the ability to work together with others to resolve day to day challenges, supported by strong technical expertise in modern mining fleets. You will also have the following: Driver’s license (HR License) WA‑recognised Trade Certificate in Heavy Diesel Fitting (or equivalent) Established experience in mobile equipment maintenance in mining Developed safe operating practices Excellent communication and people skills Full Australian work rights Why Join Us?
