This role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of construction equipment and diesel and gas-powered vehicles within our fleet. • Fleet Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and timely repairs on construction equipment, including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skid-steers, and skip loaders.
• Vehicle Repairs: Maintain and repair diesel and gas-powered vehicles to ensure fleet reliability.
• Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs for all equipment and vehicles.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and protocols, creating a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with site managers and supervisors to prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance effectively.
