Job Description ** Brand New State-of-the-Art Workshop Now Open! ** We've built a modern, purpose-designed workshop in Geraldton as part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe, high-quality, and innovative working environment for our team. This facility is fully equipped with the latest tools, technology, and comfort features, reinforcing our focus on preventative maintenance, safety, and long-term asset care. Highlights Include Suspended Ceiling Prime Mover Pits equipped with adjustable platforms for your height 36-meter-long Trailer Service Pit 5 Hard Stand Bays for trailer servicing 2 Tyre fitting bays Brake Roller Tester Truck Hoists Ride On Floor Scrubber Air Conditioned Workshop Bran New Terminal Tractor Fully Stocked Parts Store Based at our Geraldton depot, you’ll carry out preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of Mack and Volvo heavy multi-combination vehicles, ensuring peak performance and maximum uptime. You'll be home after every shift. Two roster options are available (home after every shift): 2:1 roster – 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off Even time roster – 7 days, 7 off, 7 nights, 7 off Please indicate your preferred roster when applying. A Day in the Workshop Might Include: Maintaining equipment in line with OEM specifications and compliance standards Diagnosing faults accurately and safely Reporting emerging issues or faults to management Managing work orders and promptly responding to driver and workshop requests Completing documentation and inputting data accurately into systems What’s on Offer: $66.00/hour + super + bonuses Up to $35,000 in retention bonuses over 5 years ($15k in the first two years!)
