Description
Job Purpose: • To drive the company vehicle for the purpose of picking up/ dropping staff and air tickets/ cheques/ cash/ or any other relevant documents as per daily delivery schedule in order to serve both the internal and external customers thereby promoting business Essentila Role And Responsibilities: Respond to vehicle breakdowns or recovery requests promptly and safely. Interact with the customer in a courteous way while receiving and delivering the vehicles. Operate recovery vehicles in compliance with road safety laws and company policies. Complete all recovery and delivery paperwork accurately and submit it in a timely manner. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues. Incase of heavy duty driver, drive HD vehicle to transport vehicles and passengers following traffic rules. Assist with vehicle handovers, collections, and customer service as needed. Incase of driving company vehicles, ensure the vehicles are maintained at the appropriate mileage/ period as per manufacturer’s schedule. Support service and parts departments with vehicle movement on site. Job Requirement: High School / “O” Levels Knowledge of written & spoken English essential; any additional languages advantageous Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance advantageous Thorough knowledge of city routes and roads essential A valid UAE driving license No :4 Pleasant personality with good grooming Customer service orientation Exposure to multi-national / cultural environment advantageous 2 to 3 years relevant experience
