STRAIGHT DAYS 8AM-5PM; EVERY 2ND SATURDAY - HALF DAY

We are a transportation company that services our equipment in our full-service shop. We are looking for a Licenced Mechanic ($30-$38 hourly) with a 310T Truck and Coach Licence. If you are in your 3rd year as a Registered Apprentice (up to $28 hourly) in the 310T Program, we may have a position for you on our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 310T Truck and Coach Licence
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a shop environment and performing as a team player
• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Inspect and diagnose commercial transport equipment having a strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, brakes, ignition, steering mechanisms, as well as emissions, suspension, electrical, A/C and fuel systems
• Repair or replace parts and components of diagnosed issues
• Test and adjust repaired units to meet company and industry standards
• Perform scheduled maintenance services on commercial transport equipment according to company standards
• Completing work orders and other shop forms once task is completed
• Communicating effectively with service managers and other staff
