POSITION OVERVIEW:

NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Trans Tech o/a Barnhart is seeking a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic to assist our maintenance team that supports our Fort McMurray, AB region. The Heavy Duty Mechanic will be responsible for effectively performing maintenance and service of property, equipment, and vehicles. Consideration will be given to 3rd & 4th year apprentices with the appropriate experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Journeyman ticket is preferred, 3rd & 4th year apprentices with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working with Heavy Haul Trucks and Trailers.
  • CVIP License is an asset but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required; Class 3 would be an asset.
  • Must provide commercial driver’s abstract that meets Acceptable Driver’s Standard policy.
  • First Aid & CSO required.
