JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

SKILLS

• Proven mechanic experience with heavy equipment operation.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of Caterpillar machinery, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with assembly processes and welding techniques.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for equipment repair.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in automotive repair is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics effectively.
