Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on engines, brakes, and more
  • Test drive vehicles to verify repairs
  • Maintain accurate service records and usage of parts
  • Collaborate with parts, service, and sales to ensure customers receive exemplary service & that their truck maintenance and repair needs are met in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and best practices
  • Assist with parts ordering and inventory when needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies
