Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment & EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane Operator to join our team on exciting projects. This role is critical for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery and cranes within our operations. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment and EOT cranes safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines. Perform pre-operational checks and regular inspections of machinery. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself and others on the job site. Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate lifting and movement of materials. Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding project status and equipment performance. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed. Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment and EOT cranes. Valid operator certifications and licenses specific to heavy equipment and cranes. Strong understanding of safety regulations, protocols, and best practices in construction and heavy machinery operation. Ability to interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints. Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Physical capability to perform required job tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
