Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional Saturday work as needed. You'll operate heavy equipment to move, blend, load, screen, and process materials while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in operating equipment safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. What You'll Do * Operate loaders, excavators, skid steers, backhoes, grinders, screeners, and other equipment safely and efficiently * Load and move materials throughout the facility * Perform blending and material processing activities * Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks * Identify and report equipment issues before they become major problems * Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and PPE requirements * Support production goals while maintaining quality standards * Work independently while contributing to a strong team environment What Makes McGill Different At McGill, we don't just move material—we create products that help rebuild soils, support agriculture, and improve the environment. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED preferred * Experience operating heavy equipment such as Front-End Loaders, Excavators, Skid Steers, Backhoes, or similar equipment * Experience in construction, material handling, recycling, landscaping, agriculture, or industrial operations preferred * Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift * Reliable transportation to the Morrisville, PA facility * Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Physical Requirements * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Regular standing, walking, bending, climbing, stooping, and working on uneven terrain * Ability to climb in and out of heavy equipment throughout the day * Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds * Ability to work around dust, dirt, mud, noise, heavy equipment, and strong odors * Ability to wear required PPE and respiratory protection when necessary Who Succeeds in This Role?
