McGill Environmental Systems is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for our 2nd shift in Morrisville, PA. Shift hours are: Monday to Friday, 3PM–11:30PM with some Saturday work as needed). You’ll operate equipment like loaders, excavators, and grinders to move and process materials, keep production flowing, and support a safe, efficient site. This is hands-on, steady work where reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork matter every day.
