JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a confident operator with experience on front-end loaders and excavators to help keep our quarry running smoothly. This role offers a mix of hands-on equipment work, material handling, and general quarry operations.
You’ll be responsible for loading rock orders, sorting stone, and ensuring materials meet quality specs, while working closely with a supportive crew. Prior quarry experience is an asset, but we’ll provide training on our specific processes and site requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Heavy equipment operation experience, focusing on front-end loaders and excavators.
• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks, such as cleaning out the screen deck and performing maintenance on sorting equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive attitude.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Operate a front-end loader to move and load stone materials.
• Load rock orders into trucks using a loader or excavator, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Sort and organize stone to meet quality and size specifications.
• Assist with general quarry operations and maintenance.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks on the job site.
