JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our Apple Homes Dirt Division team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy equipment operation, with experience in various machinery including Excavator, Skid steers, loaders, Tractor with Dump wagon, Dozer and packers. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include new foundation and servicing, sub grading and final grading. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and cranes.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
• Ability to operate farm machinery is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license (AZ) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

• Operate heavy equipment such as Excavator, Skid steers, loaders, Tractor with Dump wagon, Dozer and packers on construction sites.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and perform daily greasing and fueling
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
• Follow safe practices while operating equipment to minimize risks.
• Assist in site preparation, final grading, and sub grading and new foundation excavation tasks as needed.
• Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Utilize commercial driving skills when transporting equipment between job sites.
