JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of construction and agricultural projects, requiring a strong understanding of equipment mechanics and safety protocols.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and cranes.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on machinery.
  • Experience in construction or agricultural settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices.
  • Ability to operate farm machinery effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Minimum 5 years experience operating heavy equipment (e.g. Excavator/Dozer/Rock Truck/Loader
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
