Job Details Job Location: Capital Materials MO - Jefferson City, MO Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Description Truck Driver – Traveling Stripping Crew Full-Time | Benefits Eligible | Statewide Travel Required Capital Materials Quarries is seeking a qualified Truck Driver to join our Traveling Stripping Crew, currently working in Sedalia, Missouri. This position will require travel to various quarry locations throughout the state of Missouri. Hotel accommodations and mileage will be provided for travel assignments. Responsibilities Operate a 40-ton articulated truck for dirt removal Safely operate heavy equipment in various weather and site conditions, including exposure to dampness, dust, fumes, and other hazards Operate multiple types of heavy equipment, including track hoes and dozers Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment remains clean, safe, and operational Communicate effectively with the foreman and crew regarding daily work plans Perform general labor duties as needed Adapt to changing job requirements and perform other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications Requirements Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed Heavy equipment operation experience, including track hoes and dozers Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical Compensation and Benefits Competitive wages Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Equal Opportunity Employer – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
