JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations on job sites. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Experience is required.
• A valid driving license is required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and rock truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Dig trenches, move earth, and assist in the construction of various projects according to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
