QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience with heavy equipment
• GPS experience is an asset
• Critical thinking skills to be able to work in a safe manner
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively in English following written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Class 5 license with reliable transportation
• Ground Disturbance level 2 is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Cell phone with ability to run SiteDocs app

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a range of entry-level Operators to join our Earthworks and Underground Crews. The ideal candidate will have some experience operating skid steers, loaders, packers and rock trucks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to operate a variety of equipment in a safe manner
• Complete pre-trip inspection and grease equipment, daily
• Maintain equipment and report defects to foreman
• Ability to put projects to design and on time
