About Us
We are a proud Indigenous-owned business specializing in snow and ice management across commercial and industrial sites, including regional infrastructure, military installations, medical facilities, and consumer locations. We’re currently hiring Operators and Drivers to join our winter operations team—with possible guaranteed hours and room for advancement into landscape construction and maintenance roles during the summer season.

Note: Office work for Status Indians will be taxed accordingly under applicable regulations.

Position Overview
As an Operator/Driver, you’ll be responsible for clearing snow from parking lots, access roads, loading zones, and other critical areas using various equipment. You may also be responsible for applying salt or brine before and/or after snow events using the appropriate equipment mounted on trucks.
Operators are also responsible for checking equipment for safety and functionality before and after use, and reporting any issues to supervisors immediately.

All Operators will receive training and salt certification, as well as WHMIS training provided by the company to ensure safe handling of materials and compliance with operational standards.

• Can lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Hold a valid Full G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• Are mechanically inclined
• Can adapt, pivot, and respond proactively (not reactively)
• Can work on-call 24/7 during winter months
• Can provide professional references

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting wage: $20.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience
• Pay increases over time based on performance and reliability
