About the role Responsible for operating different types of Heavy Equipment in a safe and appropriate manner to carry out earth moving tasks as directed by the drilling supervisor for general exploration operations. Key / Major Accountabilities Key accountabilities of this position include. * Safely operate different types of Heavy Equipment as part of the Exploration teams work plan pre task jobs. * Perform daily safety prestart maintenance checks. * Responsible for loading and transporting ore or ore waste. * Ensure the equipment is delivered for service when scheduled. About You To be considered for this role, it is essential that you must obtain a minimum qualification of Grade 10 or above with experience in operating Front-End loaders Volvo L90G and L90H or similar models and must have 2+ years’ experience in operating different types of equipment. In addition to this, you will have some or all the following. * Possess current Class 7 driver’s license. * Must have operating certificate. * Ability to work with close supervision. Responsibilities

The operator is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to perform earth-moving tasks for exploration operations. They must also conduct daily safety maintenance checks and ensure equipment is available for scheduled servicing.
