Description

PROSPECT CONSTRUCTION IS LOOKING FOR FINISH BLADE OPERATOR TO JOIN OUR CREW IN PINE BLUFF WYOMING.

Prospect Construction is a Heavy Civil Contractor that specializes in water and wastewater treatment plants, hydraulic structures/facilities, shoring systems, large concrete tanks, pump stations/process facilities, dewatering, major excavations, structural steel, process equipment, and mechanical systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
  • Ability to walk over rough, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Ability to climb stairs or ladders.
  • Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking.
  • Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to transport themselves to and from the worksite each day.

Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company’s operating safety policies and procedures.
  • Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
  • Ensure company equipment, material and the worksite are maintained, kept clean and stored in a safe manner.
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
  • Maintain daily records.
  • Inform supervisor of any repairs or maintenance requirements.
  • Ability to operate equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.
  • Properly follow all company policies and procedures in accordance with the OSHA and MSHA regulations for safe working practices and environments.
  • Proficiently and safely operate and maneuver heavy equipment in remote locations, variety of terrain, and ground conditions, tight spaces and around light or high-volume traffic areas.
