Recycling Worx Inc is a Calgary based, family owned and operated, recycling and waste business. We take local waste, recyclables and other misc. material and process them into a premium commodity product or transport to recyclers and landfills further down the line. Our goal is to provide these related products and services with an underlying focus on quality, integrity, and transparency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years experience with heavy equipment
• Recycling & Waste Industry knowledge an asset
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Class 1 knowledge considered an asset
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb in and out of elevated machinery

Pay: $21.00-$34.00 per hour

JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful candidate is someone with excavator equipment experience who can communicate clearly and effectively and has attention to detail. The Equipment Operator will work under the Site Supervisor & Manager working in our Recycling Facility.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Loading Trucks and trailers with garbage refuse & Commodities
• Operating Various Excavators
• Operating Various Loaders
• Operating Dozers
• Operating Grader
• Moving various Commodities
• Moving various machines around yard
• Any Assigned task given by supervisor or management
• Site maintenance
• Manual labor
• Maintaining machinery by performing daily pre-trip & post-trip inspections
