ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll play a key role in clearing snow and ice from roads and parking lots at commercial and industrial sites. You’ll work independently or with a crew under supervision, operating machinery safely and efficiently.
This is an on-call, weather-dependent position, ideal for motivated operators ready to respond when winter weather hits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders) safely and efficiently to remove and relocate snow
  • Work with the Foreman to meet customer snow removal requirements
  • Perform physical outdoor work in cold and snowy weather
  • Maintain and care for your equipment and tools

  • Keep accurate timesheets and submit them on time
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective gear
  • Attend training as needed and work as a supportive team member
