Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment, a commitment to safety, and a strong work ethic.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
  • Familiarity with various types of heavy equipment.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans.
  • GPS knowledge an asset.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders to perform tasks on construction and project sites.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and according to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with other team members and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as needed.
