Description We’re looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team! If you enjoy working with large machinery, thrive in a dynamic environment, and value safety and team work, this could be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do: Operate off-road haul trucks and other heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, etc.) Perform daily pre- and post- shift equipment inspections Assist with minor maintenance and report issues to supervisors Prepare sites for excavation, construction, or demolition tasks Follow all OSHA/ MSHA safety policies and procedures Travel to different plant sites as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years operating heavy equipment (or equivalent experience) Valid drivers license Strong teamwork and safety awareness Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel when required Why L&W?
