Description NOW HIRING: Heavy Equipment Operators (Short-Term Project) Company: OE Solar Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Project Duration: Needs could go to April 2025 Positions Available: 2 About Us OE Solar is a fast-growing solar construction company specializing in all solar installations. We are looking for two reliable and skilled heavy equipment operators to support a short-term solar project NOW. Position Overview Operators will assist with site preparation, trenching, grading, and equipment movement for solar installation. This is a temporary project-based position with the potential for future work depending on performance and upcoming projects. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, loaders, excavators, and telehandlers Perform site grading, trenching, and material handling Follow safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections Assist the Superintendent and crew as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Proven experience operating heavy equipment (5+ years preferred) Valid equipment operator certification preferred Ability to follow instructions and work safely Reliable transportation to the job site Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Schedule & Pay Competitive hourly rate based on experience Possible overtime depending on project needs All interested, qualified applicants please send resume.
