You’ll focus on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering equipment solutions that drive long-term value. Key Responsibilities Include: * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with municipal customers * Identifying opportunities and delivering consultative equipment solutions * Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close and follow-up * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience * Representing BEC with professionalism, integrity, and service excellence WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Year 1 Earnings $70k Base + $40k-$110k potential commissions * Company vehicle + Fuel Card * Medical, Dental, Short/Long Term Disability, Term Life * 401(k) Retirement Plan + Company Match * PTO and paid holidays * Work-life balance REQUIREMENTS * 4+ years of direct selling experience to municipalities * Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships * Valid driver's license and the ability to travel daily  * Must reside in close proximity to the assigned territory -  Dekalb, Dixon, Peru areas
