JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Self-motivated individual with desire to work with a growing geothermal drilling team.
• Duties will include maintenance/repairs of:
• Drilling rigs (approximately 75% of time)
• Other heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, and grouting equipment (20%), and small equipment including pumps, heaters etc. (5%).
• Base of operations: Caledonia, ON.
• Travel to geothermal installation sites for servicing and minor repair – vehicle will be provided for service travel.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather 12 months a year

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Red Seal 421A
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, equipment and vehicle electronics, and electrical systems.
• Proactive can-do attitude.
• Valid G license with clean driving record.
• Occasional shift work required (12-8 or weekends) but normal hours are 7-5.
