Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will manage the commercial and technical aspects of manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, policies, and procedures.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Supervisors, Purchasing, Senior Management, and external parties to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.
You will deliver accurate, timely project estimates and quotations, covering scope, cost, quality, technical, delivery, safety, and environmental factors. You will develop detailed scopes, resolve errors, analyse costs, assess risks, and prepare tenders, while collaborating with procurement for competitive pricing.
You will coordinate projects to meet safety, quality, and technical standards through effective job package management, material and service procurement, and delivery coordination. You will ensure technical and commercial compliance, mitigate risks, track progress, liaise with customers, capture costs, and report to the Operations Lead.
You will plan safe work and ensure compliance with OH&S and environmental standards, promoting safety procedures and policies throughout project execution.
