Responsibilities: Organize production shop in a continuous improvement to fulfil the above-mentioned responsibilities, implementation of Lean manufacturing as the key continuous improvement tool. Resource planning to reduce lead time, therefore satisfy with market needs, customer needs.Optimizing manufacturing process to reduce “waste” between/within production steps, therefore, to improve productivity. Consistently strives to meet the production schedules. Totally Productive Maintenance to reduce waste time of key equipment. Direct and coordinate the activities of the personnel in the various parts of the shop. Establishes goals for the fabrication personnel and monitors the result. Maintain the required standard of quality for fabrication shop. Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and stipulation prevailing in the P.R.C. Continuously improve the work procedure, tools and equipment as well as standards time needed for a more efficient type of operation. Develop a safety culture in fabrication. Implement common safety guidelines and rules. Continuously improve 5S in high level to ensure safety. Responsible for and take care of safety of subordinates.   Requirements: College or bachelor’s degree with major of welding or mechanic engineering, mechanic manufacturing Welding Major preferred. 5 years’ workshop management, Fabrication Shop management experience preferred. Good English communication skill both writing and speaking.
