We are actively hiring a Heavy Haul Freight Broker to grow and manage a profitable book of business while supporting our reputation for safe, reliable, and service-driven transportation. This role is onsite at our Corporate Office located in Elk River, Minnesota. Annual salary range: $45,000–$65,000, based on experience, plus bonus potential. Requirements What You Bring: 2+ years of freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales experience Strong understanding of flatbed, open deck, or heavy haul freight (preferred) Proven ability to build relationships and grow business Confidence in negotiating and managing multiple priorities A self-driven mindset with a focus on results
