Heavy Diesel Mechanic – Griffiths Fleet Maintenance

Griffiths Fleet Maintenance is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team. We specialise in keeping fleets moving, with a strong focus on bus servicing and repairs across Sydney.

Your Role Will Include:
Servicing and repairing buses (on-site and in the field)
Diagnostics and fault-finding on diesel engines and vehicle systems
Brake, suspension, and steering work
Keeping accurate service and repair records
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent)
Experience with buses or heavy vehicles
Current driver’s licence (HR licence a bonus)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
