Maas Repairs is seeking a trade-qualified and experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Road Transport) to join our dedicated maintenance team. Based in our Mudgee workshop, this full-time role is critical to the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our fleet—which includes trucks, floats, trailers, light vehicles, and earthmoving equipment.
As our Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll deliver high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across a diverse fleet that supports major infrastructure and civil construction projects across New South Wales. From planned maintenance to urgent breakdowns, your skills will help minimise downtime and ensure we stay on track and on schedule.

• Maintain and repair trucks, floats, light vehicles, and construction equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and suppliers to maintain fleet efficiency and availability.
• Support roadworthy inspections and complete service documentation accurately
• Undertake both workshop-based and site servicing (field service)
• Promote WHS compliance and contribute to safety-focused pre-start/toolbox meetings.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ post-trade experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
• Background in civil, mining, transport, or agricultural environments is highly regarded
• Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Current Driver’s Licence - (HR or HC desirable)
• White Card
