If you are passionate about education and eager to help others, this position provides a fantastic opportunity to support learners and educational institutions. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries regarding our e-learning platforms and educational services, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to e-learning services, course offerings, and account management in Hebrew. Provide guidance on using the e-learning platform, including navigation and resources. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and resolve customer concerns promptly. Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the education team to convey customer insights and enhance service delivery. Stay updated on education trends and platform updates to provide accurate information. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing clear and helpful assistance. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach. Able to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
