This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about cars and providing top-tier customer support. As a key member of our team, you will assist customers in Hebrew, addressing their inquiries and helping them navigate automotive services and products with ease. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support for inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Assist customers with vehicle information, maintenance tips, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer experiences and resolve issues. Stay updated on automotive trends, products, and technologies to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficient in using CRM software and general office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
