This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and aviation, and who thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries in Hebrew, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, reservations, and airline services via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Provide information on ticketing, baggage policies, and travel regulations. Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and special requests. Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and a focus on customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up. Collaborate with operational and logistics teams to keep customers informed of real-time travel updates. Stay knowledgeable about aviation industry trends and company offerings to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to diverse customers. Problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure. Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and relevant software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
