Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Biotechnology industry. If you have a passion for science and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, this role is tailored for you. You will assist customers in understanding biotechnology products and services while providing exceptional support in Hebrew. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and applications via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Provide detailed information on product specifications, usage, and ordering processes. Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to our products. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for seamless follow-up. Collaborate with scientific and technical teams to ensure accurate information and support is provided. Stay informed about industry developments, product innovations, and regulations to better assist customers. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and accessible way. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Capability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential evenings and weekends.
