Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and have an interest in the construction sector. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with inquiries related to construction projects, services, and materials, all while communicating effectively in Hebrew. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding construction services, project details, and material availability via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Provide detailed information on project timelines, pricing, and service options. Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and cancellations. Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with project managers and teams to provide customers with timely updates and information. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to help customers make informed decisions. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries efficiently. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
